• Contact you about your project inquiry
• Send appointment reminders and project updates via SMS and phone
• Match you with the appropriate product, service, or project manager within the TopGrade network
• Send estimates and invoices related to your project

SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TopGrade Construction & Consulting regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project status updates
• Estimate delivery notifications
• Payment links and invoice notifications
• Follow-up communications about your inquiry
• Information about our other products and services — including hardscape and other vetted trades in the TopGrade network

Who contacts you: Only TopGrade Construction & Consulting will text or call you from our number. If you choose to sign a project contract with one of our fulfillment partners (such as Interstate Roofing), that separate agreement is what authorizes that partner to contact you directly — your form submission here does not.

Message frequency: Varies based on your project status. Typically 2–5 messages per project.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your information stays within the TopGrade network and is only used by TopGrade Construction & Consulting to serve you. We may share it with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as Twilio (SMS delivery) and Formspree (form processing)
• A fulfillment partner or project manager only if and when you enter into a project contract — and only as needed to perform the work you have agreed to

We do not share your information with third-party marketers or advertisers, and we do not share it with any fulfillment partner for their own marketing.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Form submissions are processed through Formspree and SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, both of which maintain their own security standards.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we have about you
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
