Payment & Invoicing Policy

For any job that originated as a TopGrade lead, the payment path determines how invoicing works:

Financed & paid directly to the contractor (including jobs that land off-platform after financing) — invoiced per TopGrade's standard fee once the payment type is selected.
Paid by check or cash — invoiced per TopGrade's standard fee once the payment type is selected.
Insurance job — invoiced per TopGrade's standard fee once the payment type is selected.
Paid through Stripe on-platform — Stripe routes payment from the customer to the contractor directly, and the rep is paid out on the platform automatically.
